$17 to $18 hour plus $300 monthly bonus! Do you have experience in apartment maintenance? Can you fix and replace a leaking toilet, ceiling fans, sliding closet doors, interior doors, hot water heaters, faucets, cabinet doors and drawers, touch up paint, troubleshoot appliances, repair drywall, and other handyman skills, etc. Are you reliable and a team player? Do you have a positive and good attitude? If this sounds like you, then we want to talk to you regarding this position with our property management company. Pay includes an hourly rate, plus bonuses, plus health wellness money each month. Must be able to pass a background check.
