Press release from the City of Charleston: Thursday, March 18, 2021 - 16:09 Thursday, March 18, 2021 - 16:09 American Electric Power will begin work to relocate power lines along Barlow Drive on Monday, March 22, 2021. Barlow Drive will be closed to all through traffic from Twilight Drive to Youngs Industrial Park. A detour will be provided via Greenbrier Street to Keystone Drive.
