A growing local company with a busy summer schedule is seeking painters or people interested in learning the painting trade. We are booked out into the fall with interior and exterior work and have more calls coming in daily. Every untrained employee is hired on at $13/hr for the first 30 days so we can tell what kind of worker you are. After that raises are done based on performance. Exceptional employees with verifiable experience will be able to negotiate a higher starting wage D.O.E. The typical pay range is from $13/hr with no experience or tools up to $25+/hr for a person with verifiable experience, their own hand tools, and the ability to do quality work in a time efficient manner. Qualified applicants will: Be punctual, responsible, and quick learners. have a vehicle have a verifiable work history have the ability to pass a drug test and or background check if asked.
