Female Pure bred silver Weimaraner. Hope is 4 yrs old. She is fully vetted, up to date on rabies and other vaccinations, spayed, on heartworm and has had full obedience training. Hope is a very sweet and timid dog. Very good at responding to commands. She does NOT get along with cats or most other dogs. (Small breed and male, she tolerates) Her previous owner had bigger dogs that fought with and intimidated Hope, therefore she needs to be the only dog or only with a nice, smaller dog. Fenced in backyard preferred. Reason for seeking a new home: Weimaraners have the need for LOTS of exercise and attention. Due to this need combined with the fact that where we live it is difficult to take her out due to concern over neighbor's dogs coming over and there being an issue, it would be best for Hope to have someone who has the time and space to exercise her and perhaps even work with her on socialization. She is great with children and has no other "vice" beyond the fear of other dogs. Hope is a well loved, very much cared for pet. While I think it best to find her a new home at this time, I am NOT desperate to find her a new home. This is not a rescue situation.
