Athletes should wear a game jersey and/or quality T-shirt representing their home school/team. A track bib with a number will be provided by Project MPH.
Athletes should bring sneakers, cleats and track spikes if you have them. Athletes will have option to run on turf and/or all-weather track.
Athletes should bring their own water bottle and will be required to adhere to state and local Covid protocols.
