Job details & Qualifications: Experienced, Mobile Home Setup Maintenance Technician for Crew Leader position. (Must have at least 1 year of verified experience as a crew leader.) - We offer a relocation package for qualified candidates who are willing to relocate for this position. - Full-time. 8-9 am - 4-5 pm, Mon - Fri. (Unless, there is an emergency that requires immediate attention.) - We always have work, no layoffs during winter months. - Annual raises and bonuses. - Starting Pay is $18 - $20+ hourly. Pay is based on experience & will be negotiated during your interview. - Must possess a valid drivers license. - Must be able to work outside year around. - Must possess good Leadership and communication skills. You would be responsible for overseeing all work done by your crew, making sure that the following responsibilities are met: - Prepping lots for homes, including providing runners or working with ABS/gravel sets. - Coordinating the delivery and setup of new homes, including spotting the homes, blocking/strapping/leveling, water and sewer tie-in, connecting electric, installing skirting and decks. - Repair and maintenance of park infrastructure including water and sewer lines. - Setting up of playgrounds and other amenities. - Coordinate landscaping, snow removal, and tree cutting. - Function as point of contact for materials delivery and vendors. We are seeking a few experienced mobile home setup Crew Leaders in the Warsaw, Decatur, Huntington and Peru Indiana areas; for our established, yet rapidly growing company. We own and operate a portfolio of manufactured home communities across multiple states and are needing new staff due to rapid growth. Which means that there is a lot of room for personal growth within the company. Once you're onboard you would be equipped with a company truck, company CC for work expenses, a phone, a crew, tools and all heavy equipment you would need for daily work. We believe in supporting our operations staff fully and setting them up for success each day. We do not rent homes in our communities, rather only sell them, so there are no daily punch lists, in-home maintenance work or renovation work needed.
