RENTON, WA — King County prosecutors on Thursday filed two felony charges against a man accused of shooting a 17-year-old boy in the back of the head and leaving him to die in Renton on Monday. In charging documents, prosecutors said Michael Leemoui, 41, had two previous felony convictions and was forbidden from possessing guns. According to the Seattle Times, he was working security at a Renton pot shop on Sunset Boulevard North and chased a group accused of robbing a man nearby. From the charging documents: "The Defendant armed himself with a .40 caliber firearm he was not legally allowed to possess, drove several blocks in search of an unidentified group of robbers, and then chose to shoot seventeen-year-old A.G. in the back of the head while A.G. was running away from the defendant. After A.G. dropped to the ground, the Defendant drove away leaving A.G. to die in the alleyway." The medical examiner identified the teen victim as Antonio Garcia Fonseca, the Seattle Times Reported. A GoFundMe page created in support of the family identified him as a student at Sammamish High School in Bellevue, and the oldest of five children. King County prosecutors asked the judge to set Leemoui's bail at $2 million, calling his actions "exceedingly dangerous to our community." The next court appearance in the case is scheduled for March 17 at the Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent. View the full charging documents below:
