One was caught driving 70 mph on S Meridian Street, double the 35 mph speed limit. 33 traffic infractions issued.132 drivers given verbal warnings for traffic violations. Puyallup police say the arrests are a reminder to everyone: drive sober, or get a ride, but don't get behind the wheel after drinking. For many of the Officers, Deputies, and WSP Troopers working last night it was a labor of love as they worked.........remembering those who have been killed, injured, and/or lives and families changed forever because of impaired drivers. pic.twitter.com/7UPuBRYEn0— Puyallup Police (@PuyallupPD) March 21, 2021
