KIRKLAND, WA — Kirkland residents will soon notice a change to their utility bills after the city switched to a new vendor. City officials previously announced a security breach with a longtime vendor, based in Seattle, but said there was no indication personal information was compromised.
City officials said the changeover also led to some delays in the billing process. Overall the process for paying remains the same, with checks mailed to City Hall, placed in a dropbox, or through the city's online payment portal.
