I have been in my home for 18 years. There is another person who rents one of the rooms. He has been here for 4 years. We are both clean and easy to get along with. I'm located in the Juanita area of Kirkland near Juanita Beach. Close to 405, shopping, 40+ restaurants, parks, Lake Washington, Evergreen Hospital, Virginia Mason Clinic, Lake Washington Institute of Technology and much more. The important things that I’d require would be: Have a dependable job or a reliable source of income. Pay your rent on time. Clean up after yourself. No hardcore drugs (420 is fine). No hardcore drinkers. No excessive guests. My home is furnished, the room for rent is not. The room has been recently painted and has a brand new rug. Rent is $850 per month including the following utilities: Electricity, gas, A/C, water, sewer, garbage, WiFi, and cable with a DVR. $850 first month. $850 last month. $450 damage deposit. $100 cleaning deposit. Move in costs $2,250 References required. Available for 1 person, no children, no pets.
