Oakland Dog Walker Needed for Off-Leash Excursions

Calling All Dog Lovers Join our pack of Oakland dog hikers! We are seeking a professional dogwalker for our established, award-winning Bay Area dog-walking service. Looking for someone preferable Monday through Friday, at least a few hours midday, with ability to work up to full time. You will be required to pick up and walk, off-leash, up to 6 dogs at a time (don't worry, you start with one) in the East Bay Regional Park trails of Oakland and San Leandro. We will offer training, but those with dog walking experience will receive preference. You must have a reliable, safe vehicle (preferably an SUV, van, station wagon, or truck with camper shell). You must possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record and insurance. You must also be comfortable providing transportation to and from the trails. We prefer someone that lives in Oakland, Alameda, San Leandro, Hayward or Berkeley. We are looking for someone responsible, reliable, hard-working, positive, and caring. You should be energetic, love dogs, be physically fit, not mind getting dirty and slobbery, and possess a smart phone. We are asking for a minimum commitment of 1 year (but really want someone to commit longer) and agree to a criminal background screening.
