Custodian - Building Maintenance - Full or part time

We are looking for one person for Custodial and Building Maintenance Note: If you have other skills like handyman or painting please mention it on your reply this will have an influence on your hourly compensation. Also valid drivers license is a plus. Hours can be flexible as long as between the hours 8AM and 5pm This person will need to do the following tasks - Keep building are neat, clean free from clutter and safe. - Bathroom cleaning - Picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming. - Cleaning and stocking bathrooms - Cleaning windows - Cleaning company vehicles - Sweep driveway, driveway and parking lot - Clean shop area - Water plants - help personell with tasks - pick up and delivery (if you have a drivers license) There are no education requirements (high school/GED grad. preferred) JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS • Speak and understand English • No PC Experience needed but must know how to use a smart phone and text
