BaronHR is seeking motivated, hardworking, and dependable individuals to work in West Oakland. Our Warehouse Worker/Lumpers are responsible for loading and unloading freight from shipping containers in a safe and timely manner. The job site is a fast-paced shipping/dock operation with varying temperatures and loud noises. The job requires frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying of heavy packages. Bilingual; Spanish/English a plus 3. Positive attitude and great work ethic 4. Reliable transportation 5. Able to be flexible with schedule; overtime mandatory 6. Must be able to pass a background & drug test 7. Steel-toe boots are required! SCHEDULE Option1: Sunday 8:00am Start Monday – Wednesday 4:30am Start Option2: Sunday - Wednesday 9:30am Start Note: Out time will be based on demand. Thursday & Friday will be determined by Supervisor. Check in with your supervisor on a daily basis for any schedule changes or adjustments.
