This position is for a maintenance/janitor person for the exterior of a commercial shopping center, located at Castro Valley Blvd @ Santa Maria Ave, Castro Valley, Ca. Days and Hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4pm. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: general cleaning of the common areas, pressure washing of sidewalks, minor repairs to property, minor painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical and any other duties assigned by us or owners representatives. The goal is to keep the exterior in a clean and orderly condition. We reserve the right to modify the job description and schedule to accommodate client's requests to better serve our client and property. Offering Vacation Pay of 40 hours, per year of service.
