Property management company that has been in business for over 45 years is looking for summer landscaping help!
Suburban Milwaukee Property Management company is seeking a full-time landscaper / general laborer with some light maintenance skill. This individual will need to have attention to detail. Vehicle and supplies provided.
Job duties may include but not limited to:
- Clearing drains of debris
- Cutting Grass / Shoveling snow covered sidewalks
- Planting scrubs and flowers to enhance property curb appeal
- Moving appliances from various locations
- Cleaning out gutters
- Discarding furniture left by tenants
- Cleaning out vacant apartments
- Demoing vacant apartments
- Tearing out carpeting in various apartments
Preferred candidate will:
- Have the ability to lift objects greater than 65 lbs
- Have the ability to climb ladders of various heights
- Has a clean driving record
- Respond to calls in rare occasion of an emergency
