Southern Exposure Landscape is looking to hire a Mow Crew Lead for the upcoming season, the job descriptions is as follows:
Detailed Job Description:
Work with Maintenance Supervisor to establish a schedule on HindSite for maintenance operations including post-emergent weed control, turf maintenance, sweeping, and trash control.
Maintain supply levels on assigned vehicles to prevent interruptions to the job.
Plan ahead every day and week to complete scheduled work orders efficiently.
Walk properties daily and identify and communicate work needed i.e. weed control, dry spots, etc. Work with the supervisor to schedule.
Supervise crew members to ensure work is quality, productive, and safe.
Work with crew members to complete jobs at less than estimated hours.
Assist in maintaining the shop as directed.
Coordinate training for new hires. Be a leader with your head-up, show how you want the work done.
Reward those that do a good job.
Provide performance feedback to direct reports.
Must have a clean motor vehicle record and be insurable.

Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour.
