The all new Renault Winery Resort is now hosting weekly Food & Beverage interviews every Wednesday. RSVP is required. Renault Winery Resort will be hosting small intimate group interviews on Wednesdays ~ 1pm, 1:30pm, 2pm, 2:30pm, 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, & 6:30pm for the following positions: BartendersFine Dining Bartenders Bar HelpersServers/ Fine Dining ServersFood RunnersBussersHost/HostessParking Lot AttendantsDue to the State's executive orders, these interview groups will be limited to 10pp, so you would need to RSVP. Our venue will provide ample space to allow for social distancing and masks will be required. In addition, every team member that works here must share our 3 Core Values ~ JOY, HUMILITY, MINISTRY. These are the definitions of our values: JOY ~ Having a joy for service. You have to really love hospitality and serving others. "Enjoy what you do. HUMILITY ~ Hospitality is humbling work. There is no job beneath anyone and you must be willing to do whatever it takes to help the team win. Everyone has infinite worth and equal value regardless of what role we occupy. MINISTRY ~ Be a force for good. Let the guest see you care about serving/helping them. (i.e. don't just serve them a cheeseburger, serve them a cheeseburger with love.
