Every Wednesday take an inner journey through your Chakras using guided relaxation and visualization to center and tune yourself up. Chakras are the energy centers that align with our endocrine system, our glands that create our hormonal, mental, emotional, and physical balance. This beautiful practice helps us see the unconscious and opens us to the divine source while maintaining a compassionate heart and emotional groundless. Great practice for everyone who feels scattered, tired, and stressed.
