Please apply only if you have the experience listed below. This position is for an EXPERIENCED Apartment Maintenance Technician ONLY! We are a Property Management Company who has been in business over 50 years and are looking for a full time Maintenance Technician to hire immediately. This position will work at properties located in Foley and Fairhope. Candidate must have 5 years of apartment maintenance experience with strong skills in each of the following: Plumbing Electrical Carpentry Drywall Repair Power Washing Painting HVAC (must be certified and have experience doing change outs) Candidate must: Have excellent work references Be a proven team player Take direction easily from supervisor Be looking for long-term employment Be able to work without supervision Have impeccable character Have a great personality and be able to interact with residents daily Be able to complete tasks on time Be able to complete tasks completely and accurately. Take pride in your work. Be able to take call on a rotating basis one week out of every 6 weeks Be reliable Be dependable Candidate must be able to lift 75 pounds. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon applying.
