MANASSAS, VA — This is the last week the Prince William Health District will administer vaccines at George Mason University's Beacon Hall clinic in Manassas, according to an update from the health district. The clinic has provided more than 7,000 vaccines to Prince William County residents and workers since opening in January. In February, the Prince William Health district opened a new vaccine clinic at the Manassas Mall that has a greater capacity than the Beacon Hall clinic. Last month, Walmart also opened a vaccination clinic at the former Gander Mountain location in Woodbridge to assist in the health district's vaccination efforts. In Monday's update, the health district also noted the county's use of the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine. The health district said two mass coronavirus vaccination clinics administered 2,000 doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
