Ragen and Associates specializes in high end residential landscape design and construction. At Ragen, we strive for perfection in our work and we are seeking a full time team member who shares our passion. Required: - Landscape construction experience. Candidates without landscaping experience will not be considered. -Willing to work overtime, in Spring and summer we usually work 10 hour days (overtime paid after 40 hours) - Physically capable of lifting 75-100 lbs throughout the day. - Personal vehicle to transport yourself to job site (commuting time to job site paid) - Willingness to follow Covid precautions by wearing a mask at all times and social distancing. - Must be highly detailed oriented, and passionate about quality work. Willing to be a team player. Preferred: - Spanish / English bilingual. Spanish only OK. - Gardening experience - pruning, transplanting. - Able to work Saturdays occasionally during Spring and Summer. - Heavy machinery experience, irrigation and lighting experience.
