The role of the Driver/WH specialist is to assist and work in conjunction with other team members in sustaining operations, warehouse upkeep, and providing exceptional service levels to our growing customer base. Responsibilities: • Perform warehouse duties in a timely manner – Pick, stock, inspect, load, and stage. • Assist Will Call customers with ordering, billing, and troubleshooting. • Maintain WH cleanliness: 5s (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, & sustain). • Operate company’s equipment safely - adhering to OSHA/internal standards. • Other responsibilities as assigned: Delivering, cycle counting, etc. Requirements: • Be organized and meticulous • Exceptional time management • Punctual w/ great work ethic • Ability to lift 15-35lbs • Valid driver license • Insurable driving record Competencies Preferred: • Familiarity with modern WH software and hardware. • Not required but a plus if you have order picker, forklift, and reach truck experience. • Compensation and benefits: • Competitive wages • Medical/Dental/Life Insurance • Work-life balance • PTO after 90days • 401K options The Mygrant Glass Company is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
