Berry Construction is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to its growing team. Berry Construction is based out of Wenatchee, WA. Our market sectors include agricultural, industrial, commercial, healthcare & dental, multi-family, and high-quality custom homes which keeps us diverse and adaptable in varying market conditions. We are looking for a well-rounded candidate with valued construction experience. As a Superintendent at Berry Construction, you’ll be expected to lead construction field operations which includes: safety, field productivity, scheduling, quality control, constructability, subcontractor coordination and employee mentoring. You will provide leadership and serve as the field liaison with the project team members and clients. This position will be working in conjunction with a Project Manager and General Superintendent. Required Experience/Skills/Knowledge - Minimum of 3 years in Superintendent roll - Plan, coordinate and manage jobsite logistics - Maintain daily written reports - Ability to thoroughly understand construction documents - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and monitor their quality of work - Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to enforce safety plans - Ability to train and lead others in supervisory roles - Computer Proficient a plus Benefits - Highly competitive salary DOE with opportunity for growth - Company work truck, phone, and computer - Paid time off (PTO) includes sick and vacation - Health insurance - Retirement Plan - Live, work, and play in North Central Washington This Superintendent position is a unique opportunity for the right person to join a growing company.
