We have been in business since May of 2006 and have enjoyed wonderful clients, great projects and years of growth. We are looking for you to join our team of craftsmen, to learn a wonderful trade and to create & maintain outdoor living spaces for our clients. Currently we are hiring for: • Landscape Construction Foreman You do not need construction experience to apply for this position, but experience is a bonus. Must have a good attitude, be a team player and willing to take direction/learn from your supervisor. We are thrilled to train you and show you how we do things the right way. Requirement: Driver’s license Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Management experience preferred Pay: Starting range: $18-$28 per hour Daily & Weekly responsibilities include: • Leadership of team, accountable to larger group • Ability to read, measure, layout from a landscape design/plan. • Understand material, timing and movement on jobsite. • Organizing of job receipts and turned in properly weekly. • Send a thorough "End of day report" with photos & explanations. • Ability to coordinate deliveries, designers, project manager, run sub contractors. • Daily make a game plan for following day and share vision with crew • Respond promptly to email, text, or phone calls throughout day. We love to hire, train and promote from within. In fact, the owner of the company started on a crew as a laborer in 2006! Our crews work Monday - Friday, 10 hours a day in season. Every week you will earn about 10 hours of overtime and we pay through direct deposit every 2 weeks. We need someone who is not afraid of hard satisfying work. Remember we are working outside 5 days a week, 10 hours a day year round. No seasonal, as we said before we are blessed with growth and clients.
