Get out of your head and into your body by consciously connecting breath and movement. These classes are meant to dynamically lead you through a series of postures to build strength and flexibility while promoting a sense of ease and calm for body, mind, and spirit.
Fitness classes are available for Members and Non-Members to book. Members, talk to our SheSpace staff about your discount code.
Please bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, we have sanitized mats available.
