BAILEY'S CROSSROADS, VA — First Watch, a restaurant specializing in breakfast, brunch and lunch, will open in Bailey's Crossroads on Monday, March 8. It replaces Ruby Tuesday at 5880 Leesburg Pike, Suite A001, Falls Church. The opening date was announced through signs at the Crossroads Center on Leesburg Pike. The restaurant will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. First Watch offers a breakfast and lunch menu covering healthy options and classic favorites. A few of the breakfast options include a classic breakfast platter, superfoods bowl, steel-cut oatmeal, Eggs Benedict, pancakes, French toast, omelets and frittatas. Sandwiches, salads and soups round out the menu for lunchtime. The beverage menu includes specialty juices, brunch and signature cocktails, coffee, and other options. This will be the third First Watch location in Northern Virginia. The other locations are in Fairfax and Chantilly. There are First Watch locations in 29 states.
