Found a dark navy blue ZTE smartphone close to downtown Monterey (Alvarado Street) on 3/31/2021. No case and many cracks on screen/back camera. The display is messed up in a few areas shown by black and glitchy coloration. The background of the lock screen is a dark-brown haired lady. The carrier is Consumer Cellular (CC Network).
