*Earn $200 in bonuses after 8 weeks*Our client is hiring for a team of Assembly Associates at their Mount Carmel location starting as soon as mid-April. Our client is a proud family-run window manufacturer. You'll not only get access to good-paying jobs but also receive support and training. As an assembler, you will fabricate and assemble custom-built windows in a climate-controlled warehouse setting.There are 3 shifts but this job opportunity is to work during the second shift:Monday to Friday, from 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm.Overtime available with an optional shift on Saturdays.Permanent position after 12 weeks. Benefits include:$500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. Regular pay raises with satisfactory performance. Full benefits, including medical benefits and a matching 401k.As a Flexer, you will also earn two $100 bonuses: $100 after your 4th week; and $100 after your 8th week working for our client.Requirements:Basic math, computer skills, and the ability to read a tape measure.Ability to learn through training how to operate basic equipment (vinyl welding equipment, drill presses, punch tools, routers, hand tools, and hand or foot-operated equipment).Ability to move and lift 10 – 40lbs.
