MUST be able to complete high quality work on residential remodeling projects - must be proficient in many types of work. This could include precise demolition, small-scale framing ( beam installations, walls and floor system repairs ), window and door installation, small siding projects, cabinet installation, LVP flooring, trim carpentry, appliance and hardware installation. Tile installation skills are a plus. The most important skill needed is the ability to put the finishing touches on a project- to punch out the job. You must have the ability to identify solutions for issues left at the end of a project and complete them. You must be able to work quickly through a punch list and get off the project - this could include drywall patchwork, paint touch-ups, hardware installation/adjustment, jobsite cleanup, etc. You must work efficiently to complete work in a timely manner. Timeline targets will be set for the for the work and you must be able to hit those targets. Beginners ( Min 2 yrs exp with references, own tools, own transportation, cell phone ) Skilled ( Min 5 yrs exp with references, own tools, own truck or van, cell phone, email, ability to complete jobs on your own ) Email answers to following questions, unanswered questions in email will result in a no reply. 1. List anything you "Can Not Do" - Be honest! this does not mean you may not get the job but possibly be able to help learn in a specific area. 5.
