All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS PEEPING, 2021-03250225, 800 block of S. Frederick Street. At approximately 11:01 p.m. on March 25, police were dispatched to the report of a peeping. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim was inside her residence when she heard a knock on the window beside the entry door. The victim looked out the window and observed an unknown suspect masturbating. The victim screamed and the suspect fled the scene on foot. While assessing the scene with responding officers, the victim reported a beach chair located near the entry way was possibly stolen. The male suspect is described as 6'0" to 6'6" tall. The investigation is ongoing. BURGLARY (late), 2021-03250040, 2100 block of Crystal Drive. At approximately 7:13 a.m. on March 25, police were dispatched to the late report of a breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 6:00 p.m. on March 19 and 6:00 a.m. on March 22, an unknown suspect forced entry into an office and stole items of clothing. On March 25, an employee observed the suspect walking in the area while wearing the stolen items of clothing. The suspect ran from the scene after being observed by the employee and boarded a metro train. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male. The investigation is ongoing. BURGLARY, 2021-03250139, 6500 block of 26th Road N. On March 25, police received a voicemail on the Telephone Reporting Unit line regarding an attempted burglary. The victim stated that between March 18 and March 21, items in her backyard had been moved from their original positions and the screen to her basement window was missing with the window ajar. No entry was made into the residence. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing.
