At approximately 11:06 a.m. on March 28, police were dispatched to the report of a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival, it was determined that the suspect(s) entered the victim's residence through an unsecured door located inside the garage and stole a briefcase and purse containing cash and various personal property. The suspects also stole two vehicles associated with the residence, a white 2021 Range Rover with Virginia license plate VSP1754 and a black 2011 Nissan Murano with Virginia license plate GCS76. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing. BURGLARY, 2021-03280082, 600 block of S. Florida Street. At approximately 6:00 a.m. on March 28, police were dispatched to the report of a burglary just occurred. Upon arrival, officers established a perimeter and conducted a check of the residence with negative results. Upon speaking with the male victim, it was determined that he was asleep inside the residence when he heard noise similar to someone shaking the door handle attempting to gain entry. Upon investigation, he observed two male suspects sitting inside a parked vehicle owned by the homeowner. The male victim confronted the suspects who then fled the scene on foot. The suspects are described as White males, wearing all black clothing, black boots and black masks. The investigation is ongoing.
