Description
The spring program of the running & strength training group I have led for the last few years is starting on April 6th. I have some spots left, so please PM me if you're interested!
Basic info:
-April 6th-July 2nd (12 weeks).
-Meets Tuesday & Friday mornings at 7:00am (done by 8am) at Oak Grove Park near Washington-Liberty.
-We do basic bodyweight strength training (5-10 minutes) and a different route(s) each meeting. I provide 2-3 routes prior to each meeting, ranging in distance from 2-3.5 miles, and using the surrounding neighborhoods. On occasion we do hill repeats and/or a little pace work.
-Inclement weather meetings will be held over Zoom.
-I provide a weekly workout suggestion calendar, weekly tips, and suggested at-home workout progressions.
-Cost is $125 for the program.
This program is for anyone looking to get back into fitness or maintain their current program. We are an inclusive, no-pressure, fun group!
