Career Strategies is hiring a full-time Housekeeper for an Apartment Community to start immediately in the Longmont area! Job Title: Housekeeper Hours: M-F Pay Rate: $14-$15/hr: Weekly Paycheck Apartment Housekeepers are responsible for the following job duties below. Must have excellent customer service experience and must have at least 1 year of Housekeeping Experience with an Apartment Community or Hotels. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. Job Duties: • Clean rooms, lounges, lobbies, bathrooms and hallways • Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready. • Meticulously maintains curb appeal. • Vacuum and wash carpets and rugs • Empty wastepaper baskets and ashtrays. • Transport trash to waste disposal equipment. • Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis. • Dust and polish wooden surfaces and furniture. • Replace light bulbs and repair fixtures.
