Important Announcement!!! We want to personally invite you and your family back to join us as we celebrate the ressurection of our Lord on Easter Sunday! ATTENDANCE This form is required for every adult and child that plans to attend our Easter service. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we ensure a safe environment for us to worship together. COVID-19 DISCLAIMER Please be advised that a COVID-19 Liability Waiver will be sent via email 24-48 hours before the event and must be completed by all attendees. Health Screenings will also be done upon arrival. We ask that you arrive at 10:30am so that we have enough time to conduct our health screenings and check you in. Masks are required. Health questionnaires for all attendees Temperature checks Wearing of masks and gloves Extra surface-cleaning and disinfectants including multiple indoor and outdoor stations to wash your hands Multiple points of entry and eliminating the passing of offering buckets to reduce points of contact Social distancing amongst seating Kindly enforcing "air high fives," "air hugs," fist bumps, and huge smiles as we welcome one another to church. As always, if you are of high-risk, have a weakened or compromised immune system or respiratory problems, we encourage you to continue joining us via livestream on YouTube, Facebook.
