ROUND ROCK, TX — Police are investigating after a body was found at Round Rock West Park Friday morning. Officers received a call around 7:40 a.m. Tuesday for a report on a man down in a park in the 500 block of Round Rock West Drive, according to a tweet posted by the department. The post said when authorities arrived, they discovered the man was dead on scene. The department said in the post officers are attempting to identify the man and notify his next of kin. The investigation is ongoing. "At this point in the investigation, there does not appear to be foul play involved," the post said. "There is no danger to the public." Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Round Rock Police Dept. at 512-218-5500.
