Press release from City of Round Rock: March 30, 2021 The westbound, outside lane of Old Settlers Boulevard from Bluffs Landing Way to Water Spaniel Way will be closed 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 1 and 2. During the closure, crews will complete pavement tie-ins to the new section of College Park Drive. Drivers should expect slight delays during the work.
