STAMFORD, CT — A city resident is $50,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Stamford, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Tuesday, Pawel Laskowski won $50,000 playing a "KENO" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Belltown Superette in Stamford.
