From the City of Harlingen: November 20, 2019 Harlingen's Shop And Sip Holiday Stroll In Downtown The Harlingen Downtown Office and the Downtown Merchants are kicking off the holiday season with a first of its kind Shop and Sip Stoll. On November 22, 2019, from 6- 9 p.m. merchants will provide food, refreshments, and adult beverages while the Downtown Office will provide live entertainment along Jackson Avenue. There will also be family activities and photos with Santa. Patrons can also enjoy in-store specials at all participating downtown stores.
