Full Time/Year Round positions and Full Time/Summer help working in a team environment supporting members and guests with docking requests, haul and launch service of boats ranging from 14'-26' (will train) and basic boat maintenance. Position will monitor VHF radio, cell and office phone as well as email support. Basic knowledge of power and/or sail boats preferred. Job entails working outdoors year round as well as in workshop/dock office. Job is a blend of customer service and marina tasks. Multiple shifts including weekends and some evenings. Boating license (Maryland Safe Boating at a minimum) a plus and must have a valid driver's license. Training available. Great benefits for full time staff. Uniforms provided. Must be available to work days, nights and weekends. Must have clean driving record and experience working in a boat yard or trailering boats is a plus! Please submit your resume.
