You agree to abide by the procedures established by the church to include wearing a mask & social distancing at all times. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to hold harmless The River of Life International Church and anyone in attendance of all claims, losses, expenses or any fees as the result of possible Covid-19 exposure, a positive Covid 19 test result or any other positive test result.
