In Greek, the word Yaya means "grandmother". While Yaya won't take the place of a grandmother, she is a loving cat. It does take her a while to warm up to you, but your patience can be rewarded. She does like being stroked and has a soft purr. Catch her at the right moment, and she might even make "biscuits" on the floor as she walks.
