Join Valley Water, South Bay Clean Creeks Coalition and the Trash Punx as we kick off National River Cleanup Month. This is a joint effort between Valley Water, South Bay Clean Creeks Coalition and The Trash Punx! Our "new normal". Limited to the first 100 (this event is for those over 18) who sign up. Please bring your cell phone for "touch-less sign in". We will be practicing social distancing. Please bring your own water bottle. If you want, you can bring your own gloves and pick up sticks. Remember your mask too! Grab your oldest clothes and shoes and come join us for a creek clean up. We have a mission to Reclaim, Restore and Revitalize our watershed. Many hands make this work a lighter task. Please join us! Volunteers are asked to arrive by 8:45 am for a safety presentation. We will be providing trash pick-up tools, trash bags, gloves. Please bring your own water container and water! We ask everyone to wear heavy soled shoes, long pants, hat and sunscreen. The work will begin at 9:00 am running through 11:00 am.
