Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South (JA Memphis) is looking for a Program Manager. This entry-level team position performs the administrative functions for curriculum programming, which includes providing program materials and resources, maintaining accurate program records through database entries and conducting accurate and consistent follow-up. This is a salaried position with a benefits package that includes Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, and vision, 401K. Role Title: Program Manager Manager: Director, Education and Education Strategy Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Program Management Provide program materials and resources to consultants and teachers Conduct trainings as needed Develop and maintain educator relationships to secure schools and classrooms for program implementation. Assure program quality through teacher and volunteer communication, classroom visits, and data collection. Manage curriculum ordering, invoicing, inventory, and delivery to appropriate volunteers and schools. Collect, maintain, and input all class data into the national CRM for class registrations. Provide support for JA Building Blocks, JA Launch Lessons, JA Inspire, and other place-based programs as needed. Keep accurate and organized school and teacher records in web-based relationship management program (BCRM) and Salesforce. Knowledge: Education, Experience, & Skills: BA/BS or equivalent Ability and desire to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment. Must be organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven Writes creatively, clearly, compellingly and with an attention to detail Works well in a team environment. Proficient in customer service including problem solving, decision-making, troubleshooting and communication skills Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude. Strong knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms. Position requires a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy, and sensitivity to highly confidential information. Strong computer skills needed, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and familiarity with complex databases.
