This study can be done completely online and over the phone.You may receive financial compensation up to $400 if eligible.You may be eligible if you:- Are at least 18 years old- Are currently pregnant- Are planning to deliver at ETSU OB/GYN ClinicAND one of the following:- Currently smoke cigarettes everyday OR- Currently use an electronic cigarette or vaping device everyday OR- Use both productsIf you take part in the study, you will be asked to:- Attend (online/phone) up to 3 visits pre-delivery (pending your due date, approximately 12weeks apart), the first visit is about 2 hours and compensates $100, the others are about 20 minutes and compensate $50- Complete brief monthly calls and one call 3 months after deliveryYOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RESEARCH STUDY looking to answer this question:What are the effects of vaping e-cigs compared to smoking regular cigarettes during pregnancy?This is an observational only study, meaning there are no requests to change your smoking or vaping habits.For more information, please call: (423) 439-8715Email Kelly: [email protected]: (276) 469-5134
