Cardio Kickboxing w/ Seobia
Class descriptionA challenging experience utilizing kickboxing synced to the beat of the music + circuits to increase full body strength, build stamina, and improve coordination/ balance. Class begins with “food for thought”, incorporates challenge rounds, and ends with a restorative + encouraging cool down. This class will not only strengthen your body; it will strengthen your mental muscles too. All fitness levels & identities are welcome!
** Please wear a mask & bring a water bottle, a mat, and a (optional) pair of weights for an extra challenge. This class will be outside so please dress accordingly.
BioSeobia Rivers, The Fitness and Health Creative, is the Co-Founder & Fitness Director of a non-profit community organization Healthy Hood, a visual artist, and an entrepreneur who is passionate about fitness , health, and freedom of expression; she is an artist in the world of wellness. Equipped with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Illinois State University + being a NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Seobia has been committed to making fitness + health safe, fun, effective, revolutionary & liberating since 2011. She believes it's her God given mission to encourage & help others reach health in all its ways- physically, mentally, emotionally, & spiritually. “Lead by example, speak from experience, give thanks, and listen” is a phrase she chooses to live by.
