Description

Position is responsible for maintaining cleaning routine in various homes, reporting tools and equipment for maintenance needs, cleaning, organizing and restocking work vehicle daily, cleaning tools and equipment daily, laundry. 1. Load and unload vehicle for work 2. Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens, cabinetry 3. Cleaning glass doors, tables & mirrors, windows and lamps 4. Dusting windowsills, table legs and chair bases, side rails and edging 5. Operate standard cleaning machines and equipment. 6. Use standard cleaning products 7. Remove trash and place in designated areas 8. Lock and secure homes 9. Perform other related duties as assigned 10. Inspections Skills needed include: 1. General customer service 2. Oral communication skills 3. Physical ability 4. Professionalism 5. Time management
