Neapolitan Ice Cream 6 Pack Release New month, new R&D Series release, Neapolitan Ice Cream 6pk in collaboration with The Sweet Collective! Strawberry Sour, Vanilla Golden Stout, and Imperial Chocolate Stout create our interpretation of the side-by-side layers of one of America's most iconic desserts, Neapolitan Ice Cream, in beer form. These 3 ice cream-inspired ales are our second iteration of what we're tentatively calling our "hand-in-hand" series. We partnered with local business owner, long-time friend, and professional baker, Minna Nguyen, who is the owner of The Sweet Collective SD. Minna created three decadent desserts for us to reverse engineer and incorporate in the final products. We intentionally designed these recipes to be enjoyed all in the same glass, but they can also be enjoyed on their own. You're the mixologist in this scenario. Strawberry Sour is brewed in the Berliner Weisse style with fresh strawberries and actual strawberry crumble cakes. Vanilla Golden Stout is brewed with real Madagascar vanilla beans and vanilla bean creme tarts. Finally, we brewed an Imperial Chocolate Stout with cacao nibs and chocolate donuts to finish off the iconic ice cream dessert. Enjoy responsibly!
