Self-Care Sunday with Bubble by Bridget! Join Bridget of Bubble by Bridget for a crafty and relaxing Sunday afternoon in the Tropical House! Herbal Wax Sachets are a great alternative to synthetic fragrances, these will use fresh and fragrant herbal ingredients grown right here at Forest Lake Greenhouses. Your sachet will smell great hanging in your closet, stored in your dresser drawers, hanging as decor... and it will serve as a beautiful and creative reminder of your connection with the natural world! After the fragrant fun, Bridget will be teaching a fun vinyasa Yoga class! This class will be accessible to all levels of practitioners and we welcome everyone to stick around in between the workshops regardless of whether or not you stay for the Yoga. In between workshops we will be serving herbal teas, chatting about our favorite self care practices, and admiring the beautiful plants abound. Come along for some creative wellness with Bridget! You can come to one or both workshops. This is an ideal way to spend a Sunday afternoon, creative projects and aligning movements to step into the week ahead feeling connected and nurtured.
