A cut flower farm in Carpinteria is seeking a motivated individual to work in our flower packing and shipping department. -Experience packing flowers is preferred but not required -You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable and good with your hands -Be able to work under pressure as flowers must be packed with care and in time for shipping deadlines -Work well as part of a team Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 hours per day with some overtime as required to complete orders Occasional Saturdays, especially around flower holidays English and Spanish speaking are preferred Know someone who may be qualified for this job?
