Description
Jerusalem Artichokes are easy to grow and trouble-free. (except where there are deer who find the tops inviting to munch down). Desired for their edible nutritious tuber/bulbs. When established are as tall as sunflowers, topped with yellow flowers. Perennial. Google for more information. They spread slowly. I have lots, happy to share.
